Online Financial Aid Portal
Welcome to the Financial Aid Online Portal.
Important Notice:
If you plan to use federal or private loans, you must have a financial aid
record already established at the University of St. Augustine of Health
Science in order to use this portal. Provide your Social Security
Number on the MyUSA Portal under My Contact Info to get started. You can update this information HERE. Please be sure to submit and receive the confirmation page that your information will upload within 48-72 hours.
If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get
started by completing online the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, G31713, on your application and
we will automatically receive a copy.
You can create a Federal Student Aid Account for the FAFSA
HERE. Once we receive your information from this application, and your
student record is up to date on the MyUSA Portal, you can start using this
system. If applying for federal loans, students are required to complete a
FAFSA application every year.
How to Log In:
First Time Users:Start by clicking the "First Time User" link under the submit button.
This action will walk you through the steps to activate your account. You
will need to verify your identity, select two security questions and
create a password. Your password must be at
least 5 characters in length and cannot contain spaces. Please remember that your password is confidential and should be
safeguarded.
Single Sign On:
Once you have updated your student contact information by providing your social security number to the University, you will have access to this portal through single sign on (SSO) approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your first term start date. Go to http://login.usa.edu and login with your USAHS username and pasword. Click on the tile that says "Financial Aid Portal" and you will be automatically logged in via SSO.
Forgot your Password:
Start by clicking the "Forgot your password" link under the submit button.
This action will ask you to verify your identity by answering one of your
security questions and creating a new password.
***After three failed login attempts, your Financial Aid Account will
be locked, please wait 24 hours, then use the "Forgot your Password" option to login.***
Accept/Decline Award Letter
..How to Accept or Decline your Financial Aid Award Letter:
Step 1: Log onto the myUSA portal and click the Financial Aid link on the left under Quick Links "View Your Financial Aid Account."
Step 2: Click the "First Time User" link under the submit button.
Step 3: Enter your Student ID.
Step 4: Answer the system generated questions to verify your identity.
Step 5: Select the two security questions and answers (these questions are asked when you forget your PASSWORD).
Step 6: Enter your new PASSWORD (5 characters in length and cannot contain spaces) and to confirm enter the same new PASSWORD.
Step 7: Click the submit button to complete your transaction.
Step 8: Once logged into your myFinAid Portal, you will have access to documents, awards, disbursements and other financing information.
Step 9: Next, complete the following steps:
- Click the "Documents" page to view outstanding documents that need to be submitted to our office.
- Click the "Messages" page to review important notifications from our office.
- Click the “Accept Awards” page to review the type and amount of financial aid you have been awarded. It prompts you to accept, reduce or decline your awards to move forward.
